* 10 minutes or later to your appointment and it’s forfeited with no refund, this is to respect the time of clients scheduled after you, calls and texts are appreciated if you are going to be late.
* 25% deposit will be taken at the time of making the appointment.
What Should I Do To Prepare?
24-48 before and 24-48 after your appointment: BE KIND to your body. WATER, WATER, WATER! Soups, salads, smoothies, and CHEW CHEW CHEW. Our digestive tract likes to be warm to work optimally. With that said, think WARM… room temp water, hot teas with a cold soup, a warm protein on a salad, letting your smoothie ingredients reach room temp before preparing, and so on. Remember not to stress! You can eat other things; the point is not to eat heavy, dense foods but to keep your digestive system warm.
